Has anyone got a really nice cheesecake recipe?

Preferably easy.....maybe lemony?

My Lemon cheese cake is legendary amongst friends and family.
Small pack of digestive biscuits
440-gram Philly cheese
400 mil double cream
100-gram icing sugar
1 pack lemon
Half to full tin of condense milk
Make a base using half a pack of crushed digestives and 40 grams of melted butter. Transfer to a 8 inch cake tin (bottom lined with grease proof paper).
Whisk the double cream until really stiff, then whisk in the Philly cheese and icing sugar, then whisk in condense milk increase amount to sweeten more.
Put lemons in hot water for 5 minutes, this will help squeeze out more juice.
Once squeezed add lemons to mixture. Put whole lot in cake tin, leave over night to firm up. Technically it will last a least 3 day (not in our house though) and does get better with age.

I’ve made this a few times (with lemon and with lime) it is really good.
