What do I need in my air BnB

Have had to move house and can’t afford mortgage on flat and rent of house. Flat isn’t selling so going to air BnB it. I’m wanting to know what Your Airbnb essentials are. We are a city centre flat if it makes any difference.

I think if you’ve lived there yourself it will be fine as it will have all the things in it that would be required.

Sorry never came back to this we have moved everything out of the flat so it is a blank canvas. I’ve got a few items already just don’t want to miss anything.

A bottle opener that works (or doesn't fall apart when you open the first bottle).

Enough plates/cutlery /glasses for the number of beds plus a few extra. We've stayed placed that sleep 4 and there had been 4 plates, 4 mugs, 2 wine glasses!

A few decent sized baking sheets for pizza, oven chips and nuggets etc.

Make your listing clear if you provide enough toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, tin foil for a stay or only 1 loo roll/dishwasher tablet. One place we stayed said that they provide nothing but there had been plenty of those mentioned so I needn't have bothered taking my own.

Plenty of coat hangers, a full length mirror, good wifi, no personal stuff hanging around, cleaning cloths and bin bags, salt and pepper, instructions how to work the heating, lots of toilet roll, a shower squeegee, plug sockets in sensible places, fairy liquid, clean loo brush, games are good.

A mirror near power outlets for hair drying. I don't know how that's normally done in the UK due to no power outlets in the bathrooms?

Sufficient hanging space and hangers, drawers or shelves for clothes.

Bedside tables and/or shelves and lamps.

An iron and ironing board.
