How to get rid of spot in ear

There is a spot in my ear. In the entrance if that makes sense. I assume it's a spot as it's a lump and it's sore.
It's really peeing me off, more than any I get on my face.
Is there some magic way of making spots go away that are in your ear?

Nope. I have one now and it’s a case of waiting for it to subside.

if they are the type you can squeeze then they make a wonderful sound. Instant relief too.

I've had success with a cotton buds dipped in hot water

Put pressure on the little area behind your earlobe and push the cartilage up.

You will hear a squeaky sound when it pops
