One of my wisdom teeth is visibly decayed. I am having it removed on Wednesday. As of yesterday the gum behind the tooth seems slightly tender when I eat. It also has a huge hole/ crater with a blob of white tissue in the middle. Could this be some kind of infection even though it’s not that painful? Do I need to be seen before Wednesday?
