Having got thoroughly fed up with the other site that begins with E and ends with Y, I thought that I would try Etsy. I have registered as a buyer - easy enough - but I now want to try selling. So I have to set up a shop and am being asked for quite a lot of information including my date of birth and 'government issued ID' (presumably a driving licence). Is this normal? Anyone had any problems?
