Car - backseat big enough for 3 adults?

We currently have an estate car and the back seat isn't big enough for 3 adults to sit comfortably. We are now looking at electric cars - any tips for those big enough to seat 5 adults in comfort with a decent sized boot too?

Would you consider a hybrid? If so, the RAV 4 cars are pretty spacious. No idea about just electric though.

Probably not as we are looking at a salary sacrifice scheme and I think that means it has to be fully electric but thanks
