Tying to remember book from the 90s

I'm trying to remember a book I would have read in the 90's. It may have been a Sweet Valley High book but I'm not sure. I remember a prom/dance and it mentioned a revolving restaurant or dance floor (which sounded amazing to me!) I think the main character may have been pregnant (teen pregnancy). Can anyone help me identify this book please?

It wasn’t a Point Romance book by any chance, was it? There was a short series that followed a few girls and their dates/boyfriends, and one of the girls was pregnant.

I can’t find a synopsis so I could be completely off-track, but try the ‘A Night to Remember’ series by Caroline B Cooney.
