Teenagers are hard work, aren't they?

Just wanted a moan, had to do some 'parenting' of the teenager this week after some inappropriate internet usage. But oh my goodness, he can hold a grudge. Will only speak if he has to and even then it's grunts. Please tell me it'll get better soon! We've always had a good relationship so wasn't expecting this, it's awful. Just want my lovely boy back.

How old is he? DS has just turned 13, and there's a definite shift in attitude. We have a shared hobby which seems to keep him from being completely hard work but the grunts and attachment to his phone/games console are irritating. I have to pick the times to ask him questions to avoid speaking to a brick wall and hoping for a response

Mines 15 and some days last year were rough and it was all friend related drama. Things seem to have settled again now.
