Staying at the High Street Town house. Two adults and a teenager, two are veggies, one is definitely not! Any good pubs with nice food in the area? Happy to walk a bit. Quiet rather than loud though I imagine that's asking a lot.

Mr Thomas’ Chop House, the Town Hall Tavern and The Briton’s Protection are all excellent.

I hate to break it to you, but MCC is a bit of a hole. I think the food is very nice in the Town House restaurnat though.

Take no notice! It’s great!

Rain bar just off whitworth street west. Castlefield/Dukes 92 if you fancy a walk down the canal. That whole area is nice. The Wharf does good pub grub.

Marble Arch inn and Old Wellington aren’t far from you and the food there is worth a visit.
