Anyone any good at photo editing?

Hi,
I have a recent but extremely sentimental photo. However one person is looking at the camera and one person is looking slightly off which looks strange. This photo is one of the last photos I have of this person so I'd love to get it framed, it just means so much. Is there anyone out there that can adjust something like this for me? I wouldn't even know where to start 😭
