Low Iodine diet (for medical needs) - worried I've messed it up

I've been avoiding milk/eggs/butter/fish/cheese/yoghurts & food colourings. Been having almond chilled milk in my coffee. But read tonight there's iodide in the almond milk. Have I messed up the diet ?
I've also had some milk chocolate bites here and there

Does the almond milk contain potassium iodide or carrageenan?
How long have you been on the low iodine diet and how long have you got to go?

@ghostbusters yes to potassium iodide. Been doing 2 weeks. Only had the almond milk for the second week. Today is the last day

If you just have a little in coffee you might be ok (but I have no medical training). If it were me I would phone the team who advised this diet to ask if it will impact treatment.
