3yr old peeing everywhere after previously being very well potty trained

I'm just wondering if he could maybe have a urine infection even though he isn't complaining of pain. He's definitely avoiding doing for a pee. We've had numerous accidents in the last week and he's holding his willy through his clothes a lot. I asked if it's sore or stingy when he oees and he says no!
But there must be something going on- any thoughts on this?

Is he drinking excessively, tired, losing weight? If so, then I’d be wondering about diabetes and he needs seen urgently. If not, I think I’d get checked for UTI anyway.

He is definitely tired but not excessive drinking or losing weight.

Yeh I guess I do just need to get him checked.

Ah poor wee mite might be brewing something… definitely worth getting him checked, for peace of mind if nothing else.
