Feeling wound up and drained by everyone

Lately, I feel wound up all the time, and I have zero tolerance for being around people, everyone is annoying me, and I don't have the energy to socialise. Even leaving the house and meeting friends, even talking feels like too much and I haven't got anything to say.
Never felt like this before, and it's bloody weird. Does anyone else ever get like this?!

I feel like this often. I am very introverted and prefer being alone most of the time. Take some alone time, do a hobby on your own. You're under no obligation to be around other people.

The worst part is, I've not seen anyone in two weeks apart from my partner. It's mainly friends and random people I'm just getting wound up by. Someone needs to knock me down a peg!

Yeah, totally get what you're feeling.
Sometimes I feel that people just suck the life out of me and everything around them, when I'm feeling like this, I now know through experience that I need to be in my own. I just do lovely things that I like to do I eat and drink what I like watch what I want, listen to the music I like basically pleasing myself and everyone else can fuck off while I recharge.
Find your own space and breathe x

I get you 100 percent and I find I’m having less and less to do with people

Well I have no idea how old you are but it sounds exactly like perimenopause to me.
