Gift idea for 5 year old boy school friend

Hi everyone, I have one DD and limited experience of boys and token birthday gifts they might like! Can anyone help with suggestions of gifts you have bought that have gone down well for boys aged 5 please? £10 or under ideally.I know the little lad in question likes football but no idea what team or anything else.

I'd just go to Smiggle at that age if you have one near you.

Some Lego is usually popular, maybe a small reasonably easy set.

Superhero Lego, you can get spiderman/ batman sets for £10 and under.

Loads of toys in a toy shop and even B&M. Dinosaurs/ cars / trucks - I have a boy 😅
