Last minute baby shower gift

A friend is due her second baby shortly, and her baby shower is this weekend. I have been so caught up in life I have forgotten to order a gift and I honestly have no idea what to get her. I want this to be for her - I've already got an idea for baby once he arrives.

Please come at me with suggestions of nice gifts for mum which I could pull together very last minute but still look nice. Budget is about £25
