Adult lunch box recommendations

Looking for some advice / tips from anyone using lunchboxes for work. I'm looking to purchase, but not sure what to go for. Possibly a bento box, but are they just hype?

I think it really depends on what type of lunch you eat. I’ve had many lunch boxes over the years but my top choice was a stainless steel one from Black + Blum that reliably didn’t leak in my bag. The large version has a divider which is handy if you want to keep some stuff separate but I opted for the smaller box as my lunches tended to be big veggie salads (stuff like tofu with grated carrot, chopped apple, finely chopped spring onion, sliced new potatoes, sometimes avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese etc.) so I’d usually drizzle a bit of oil on and put a wedge of lemon on top to squeeze over when I was ready to eat it.

I agree, it depends what you eat and what facilities you have at work? Microwave, fridge etc

When I used to travel with work, I'd use a wide mouthed thermos in the winter. I'd have a stew, soup, curry, stir-fry with rice, crumbed chicken etc. Then fruit/coleslaw/salad/side in a regular, Tupperware type container.
