Nationwide has released new terms & conditions to prevent people including abusive or inappropriate messages as part of the instructions ie. How it shows up on the receivers account.
Also the right to close your account is you have been abusive or threatening to other customers or used your account in this including messages in payment instructions.
At long last and I hope other banks are doing the same!
