I've got one on repeat at the moment and I love it.
Heard it for the first time on the radio last week while I was in bed and my ears immediately perked up.
Fell in love with it on first hearing it.

I once read that the best way to exorcise an ear worm is to sing Toni Basil’s “Hey Mickey” through several times. It really does work and doesn’t become an earworm itself! You can thank me later! 👍

Ugh when I opened this thread a few seconds ago I had two songs morphing into each other, fairly modern and I've no idea what they are called or who they are by as they are from adverts. One sounds like something from Velvet Underground/The Stooges but a woman is singing it and it has a backing track like Spirit in the Sky so potentially 3 mingling away in there.

Then just as I got to this bit My Cherie Amour by Stevie Wonder chimed in and now back to weird melding music.

I'm going to have to try and think of my earworm killers Boom Boom by John Lee Hooker or Barbie Girl by Aqua to try and get rid of the lot of them so I can go back to peace and quiet and above all no sodding musak

An ear worm is simply a catchy song that gets stuck in your head and plays on repeat, you just can't unhear it.

Is you is or is you ain't my baby by Louis Jordan. Been stuck in my head since last night when I started singing it to the dog (changed baby to doggy ) after he rejected me for my husband. I'm the one who does all the paperwork for him. Husband gives the dog his morning walkies so he is number 1 in the dog's opinion. I just feed him and brush him and snuggle him. I also cut his nails which is why he is not my pal at the moment

I'm a big Genesis fan, so yes that could well become an earworm.
