Trying to leave abusive relationship, I'm starting to clear any loose ends on my side, he's destroyed paper copies of bills because apparently I can access bills online.
not without account number I can't (which is why I suspect he's done it).

How do I find out account details now?

You might be able to find out if you call your supplier with the meter number and also your name and address.

If you don't know who your supplier is you can find out online

What bills are they?

If you are paying the bills but dont know the supplier.
go into your bank app or in person and ask them to give you the IBAN details of where the payments are going.
Once you have the details you can try a google search to find the company.
Inperson works better as you can explain why you need the information and if the local staff themselves cant ID the IBAN they are likely to be able to find somone who can. Eg the fraud team who trace payment would recognise supplier IBANs.

If you know the supplier and the bill is in your name but he is paying the bill phone and see what you need to verify without a account and last billing amount. Worst case send in letter using the data protection request and get them to send you out the details they have on file.

And think about changing your accounts to new accounts with new numbers as he can DP the details of any of your bill paying accounts that were ever stored on bills in his name from his supplier.

This seems very long winded so I'd first try and identify the supplier from DDs going out of your bank account. It could also be that the reference number is your account number.

Bjorkdidit I assumed Namechanger2025 has already phoned the known suppliers as I have never has a problem with not having an account number once I had a name, a billing address, last payment amount/date and bank account.

And that Namechanger2025 has already cancelled any payment made from her account when the bill is in his name. If the bank are playing silly buggers about not blocking the payment request she can get the bank to recall the money.

Sorry for the seeming drip-feed. I will be leaving a joint tenancy. Bills from joint account. Don't want to leave too many details as don't want to be outed til I'm ready. I'm sure you understand 🙂
