Photo Filters - do they change you that much???

Never used filters so not sure how much they change appearance but today I saw someone I follow on IG in real life - fashion petson - and am totally shocked to see how different they look, and I mean just totally different from her live stories, videos etc. I wasnt even sure it was the same person.

Does a filter or can a filter change you that much?

100% they can change you into a totally different person. Just look at most Z list celebrities (aka Katie Price, Danielle Westbrook) instagram posts and then look at them pictured in the wild in newspapers and you will see the difference.

The person I saw in RL looked so of grey, her teeth were even off white, whereas on her IG she's usually pearlt whites and glowing in fact I always envy how wide awake she looks every morning. Im totally shocked

My DH was included in a filter photo with my friend. I honestly couldn’t recognise him. His features had been feminised and eyes made bigger with a tiny chin. It was really odd

I had to double take. Also she always goes on about being yourself!!!
