Shit happens
This quote stopped me from going completely round the twist when I had lost my two closest friends and had a stillborn baby (conceived after years of fertility treatment) within a couple of years . I had gone down some very dark allies looking for meaning, for lessons that I thought life was trying to teach me...then one day my therapist said look, shit happens. It really helped
