What have you done to get ahead for this week?

I'm trying to be a bit more organised without adding to my stress levels so building new habits in a bit a time.
I'm also trying to eat a bit better so this afternoon I'm prepping a vat of roast veg and lentil soup and later I'll make up some overnight oats to make sure I've got some healthy breakfast for the next few days.
Mercifully my days of sorting school uniforms and book bags etc are long since over but I'm wondering about how I can incrementally build some good habits into my Sunday to make the week less stressful
Any ideas welcome

I always have good intentions but actually putting them into practice is more difficult. So far I've had a very long lie in and spent the rest of the day on the sofa under a blanket! We did have a very late night last night as we were out and I've been stressed at work recently so I think a very lazy day has done me good.

I'm still in the era of making packed lunches so going to try and get those ready this evening. I also want to paint my nails as I always feel better when they are painted. Also going to get my clothes out ready for the morning and get my bags ready so I'm not rushing around tomorrow.

Then an early night as this week is going to be very busy!

I've made my lunch and breakfast for tomorrow.

Breakfast is my oats bowl with 40g oats, 5g flax, handful blueberries, twist of seasalt, and water to soak overnight. I then have it heated with Greek yoghurt on top. All in the fridge ready to go in my bag tomorrow.

Homemade beetroot houmous with a big glass 'tupperware' full of roast veg and roast chicken breast.

Have ironed work outfits, cleaned the kitchen and about to do my nails.
