Is your Sunday restful, busy or stressful?

I'd like a restful and calm Sunday but only ever manage stressful and busy.
I can't seem to change it!

Busy because I cater for my elderly parents & make food for them for a few days.
Enjoyable though!

Busy and stressful, I have 2 jobs I have to go to on a Sunday. One is easy and straightforward, the second I can be walking into anything depending on who the manager on duty is and how busy it is and what staff are on shift etc

Very chilled but my DC are adults and all but one have left home.

DH cooks a roast and does all the washing up/cleaning down every Sunday, while I relax or potter around.

Believe me when I say it hasn't always been like this!

And I do work Saturdays while DH has the day off, so it works out well.

Varies as I work every other Sunday. I didn’t work today so it was fairly relaxed, especially as I didn’t get up til gone 11!

It's usually pretty relaxing. We don't have young children anymore (youngest 16) and I'm off on Mondays so generally keep the washing for then

Busy, but restful in the sense of 'refreshing' in that it is very different from a work day.
So yes, I tend to go from one place to another, but all very social and enjoyable, and none of it my responsibility.
