How’s Your Saturday Night Shaping Up?

All pretty tired here as I had a busy shift, DH went for quite a long bike-ride this afternoon & DD16 didn’t sleep last night or catch up today. So I doubt we’ll be in bed very late. I’m just about to feed the bunnies & put them to bed. DH’s steak & ale stew is smelling amazing! I might paint my nails after tea.

I’ve been out out the last two nights so I’m looking forward to a quiet night in.

we are having Goan fish curry for tea. I’m starving but DP has not make a move to get it on. You cant get the staff!

Dry February is already dragging 😬

Ds is doing his DT homework. I got back from a run a while ago. Cassoulet is simmering in the kitchen. I've had a glass of prosecco and I'm going to relax and email a couple of friends later.

Then an early night 😴

Feels very quiet here. Dd1 went back to uni this week, dd2 is at a sleepover, ds 1 and 2 are playing in the PlayStation. Dh is pottering around looking at football scores.
Im on the sofa watching a serial killer documentary feeling sorry for myself as having the period from hell.

We've been out watching/playing football most of the day.

Home alone. Watching My Kitchen Rules on Youtube while trying to do some of those life admin things like registering a new dishwasher, requesting a new debit card as my chip seems to no longer work etc. I will be in bed within the next hour. I am shattered.

Well Ireland beat England in the rugby so that made us all happy. Dh made a lovely chicken and veg soup which we had with some bread I had made this morning. I’m having a nice glass of rose now 🍷

Very boring, woke up with a bad headache and feeling sick so basically have just melted into the sofa all day, I'll be off to bed soon and hopefully be ok tomorrow

On the sofa with lots of blankets, 2 dogs and a good book.
Had tea at 6 (chickpea curry and tinned fruit for pudding) and will shortly be having my usual packet of crisps....and that's pretty much every night TBH!😁

On the couch with a bottle of prosecco, watching the Masked singer, kebab ordered.

Fuck/soul on radio, H just finished reading bits from the paper to me, it’s good fun we have interesting funny debates, tried to put in order if all his list mates had a fight who would be last man standing (it was clearly the two women). Beef pickled walnut stew on last skint in oven, onion purée softening, then think we are watching “Few Good Men” with teens.
