Are the apricots safe to eat

Found a packet of apricots in the cupboard that were opened I don’t even know how long ago, could’ve been a year ago, but the back says one opened eat within a week and refrigerate. They look fine

I’d eat them.

I doubt they would be nice. They'll be like leather.

I never refrigerate dried fruit.

You can poach them if they’ve gone hard.

Oh I’ve realised I’ve not even opened them. I thought I had cos the bit that shuts it is open but it’s sealed. I remember I bought them more than a year ago actually

If they're unopened, give 'em a go! They won't do any harm.
