When would you worry? 3 month old baby upset tummy

baby DD is 3 months old and EBF. She usually goes once or twice per day but has been 6 times today. The latest nappy watery. Seems ok in self and is feeding as usual but has been napping for longer than usual.

I am not sure if I should call 111 with her being so young or just ride it out? Any advice gratefully received

She's very little so I'd err on the side of caution I think as dehydration could be an issue quite quickly. I'd probably give 111 a call if she's had any reduction in wet nappies.

My 5 month old had gastroenteritis just before Christmas and we were told to get them seen if there are any signs of dehydration, fever, lethargy, general unwellness or blood/mucus in the poo.
