Can you have long term fatigue after an ectopic pregnancy?

I had an ectopic 2.5 years ago. It was treated with methotrexate.

In the 4 weeks afterwards I lost 1.5 stone and felt really unwell so was signed off work. I hadn’t eaten less the weight just fell off I assumed stress? I then became totally and completely exhausted and need a 2-3 hour nap each day . I get headaches and severe aching a lot and have not felt like myself since it happened. As a child I had post viral fatigue after an illness and this feels similar but worse. Is it possible for this to happen after an ectopic and to last so long? I’m starting to panic what if this is how I’ll always feel as I have no energy at all and feel so unwell all the time?

I had an ectopic in 2020 and had two methotrexate injections. Truthfully I was all over the place and battered for months afterwards. I think go to your drs and talk it through. Ectopic pregnancy is so very scary and distressing. 2.5 years on perhaps it's something else but your GP should help. You may need to advocate for yourself robustly. Look up pernicious anemia? I think but I am not a health care professional methotrexate can stop the absorption of folic acid (vit B). Also you could have depression/PTSD which makes you tired all the time and can cause weight loss. Try not to put 2 and 2 together and get 5 but also it's not ok to feel that battered for any reason. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
