The one that makes you vomit. Can you vomiting one, go several days without vomiting just feeling a little sore then do it again?

Norovirus you used to just keep going until there was nothing in your stomach, then you bought back anything you put in until you were over it. I'm wondering if i need gp

I had around 6 hours of intense vomiting but it lasted 24 hours. It’s been a week now and I still randomly get these feelings of nausea and I’ve thrown up a couple more times. My mum has had the same experience but DH has been completely fine once he got past the 24 hours, as have the DC.

It’s an odd one. I suspect my stomach is still sensitive so can’t quite handle food properly yet.

Thank you that's reassuring

My 6 year old is the same - only been sick once but days of complaining about tummy pain and not eating? Definitely not a typical bug presentation.

Oh my DS has exactly this ! I am quite baffled what it is

I’ve seen a few posts of people saying the same thing.

Do you have any other symptoms or just vomitting?

That's it. He says he has a sore tummy. Initially he wasn't looking great either but now he seems kinda OK despite saying he still looks sick.

My DD has had something similar recently. She was sick once in the morning, seemed fine (and eating) rest of the day, then was sick again the following morning. Seemed okay ish for a few days, then the following week she was sick again! Then still seemed a bit peaky and off her food, then the following week had diarrhoea 🤦‍♀️ Finally seems better and eating normally.

However I now have a really gripey tummy - no V or D, but really painful and woke me up at 5 this morning. Actually did think I was going to be sick. Really hope it gets better soon 😭
