The picked up a parcel from me on 21st Dec and promptly lost it.
I emailed them a few times and they replied to ask me to contact the receiver (a clothing store). I had to repeatedly explain that as I paid for the postage, the contract was with me, not the store. But they just didn’t seem to understand.
In my last email sent about ten days ago, I once again explained that their contract was with me, asked how to claim compensation, and asked how to make a complaint. They simply haven’t answered.
What can I do next?
