At our women's club, chat got around to colonic irrigation, as a couple of ladies were suffering from bowel problems.
Now all I seem to see on FB is advertising these procedures.
(FB must be listening)

I have 😂 got it given as a bday present, agreed as long as the person who bought me such a thoughtful gift went first. Was horrendous, disgusting, painful ... was scared I may poop myself for a good 24hrs after too. Only plus side was my. Friend also hated it so did see the funny side .. we Didn't feel or look any better after either ! Was about 14 years ago and still think about it occasionally. Would not try it again. Ever.

@frustratedplusone the thought of it scares me.
A couple of the ladies from last night are interested in having it done.
I'd be too embarrassed and worry about it going wrong.

It wasn't that embarrassing because the lady does them all the time, I was scared though as you feel the pressure build up as the fluid goes in and it gets to the point where I felt like it was too much and I might burst, but soon as you hit that point it releases and goes again .. and again. It's monitored on a machine so think it's safe. I had a lot of air pockets apparently, that's why it was painful, so you may have a better experience. It was fascinating ( and gross) how much comes out, but as I felt no benefits after I'd not do it again 😂
