It's sooo good. How do they cure them with one beta blocker??

The beta blocker thing is a load of misleading nonsense. Beta blockers can minimise the physical symptoms of fear and anxiety by calming down your physical panic response. BUT they don't change your thoughts.
So the claim made on this programme is wrong.
