No slots on Waitrose for a whole month

In my 6 years of shopping on Waitrose at least a couple of times a month I have never had this. Showing either fully booked or unavailable right up until the end of Feb!?! Anyone else had this?

No, and I've just checked and I can book as normal. Is it the same for Click and Collect?

Their customer service people are usually really good but I don't know if they'll still be available at this time.

Coukd they have blocked your account from ordering?

I’m guessing it’s just a weird glitch (or your chosen store has stopped doing deliveries, not all of them do, our nearest big Waitrose doesn’t seem to do home deliveries or click and collect). I have weird glitches with Tesco all the time. Usually if I log out completely and then log back in later it’s fine.
