Recs for half-board hotels in Italy

I'm after recommendations for clean comfortable half-board hotels in Italy, with a pool - not necessarily on the coast, but fairly easily accessible from an airport (as we'll need to fly from Manchester or poss EMA or Birmingham). I'm looking for May half-term so I know we'll be paying a premium.

We don't need anything fancy but we're planning to take my parents so will need to have comfy beds and reasonable range of food 😁 I know Italy doesn't have the same range of half-board/AI hotels you get on the Spanish coast, but that's half the attraction - somewhere smallish and family-friendly would be ideal, please!

Conca Park Hotel in Sorrento, we went in August with 2 teen DCs half board and it was really lovely.
Very clean, great location, food great.
We flew from Manchester.
