How long before you assume you're getting no reply

I contacted a driving instructor by email about lessons. It states on the website to contact them before booking. I did mention I would need to take a support worker with me and am disabled, I also sent a list of communication needs and a photo of my provisional license. I included my name and address. I'm worried I might not get a response if he thinks I'm too full on. How long should I wait before I assume I'm not getting a reply?

2 weeks? He might be away.

I personally would give it a week or two but into the second week I’d be starting to feel a bit judgmental about how professional the company is. Although I’d also be telling myself that I need to give myself a talking to about being judgmental because I have no idea how busy they are or if they are away etc

it might feel a bit full on but actually you are being considerate by giving them a proper picture because you understand your circumstances are more complicated than a standard customer.
