What are your favourite recipe books for air fryer and slowcooker? Temporary kitchen so cooking with air fryer, induction hob and slow cooker. Does anyone recommend a recipe book? I want quick easy mid week meals. A bonus would be a good selection of vegi options too.

Poppy Cooks books. On Amazon for a tenner each, one for air fryer and one for slow cooker. Have recipes you'll actually eat.
Or taming twins online does good slow cooker recipes.

Love love Taming Twins (Sarah Rossi).

Also the classic is Bored of Lunch (Nathan Anthony). I also like Fraser Reynolds for high protein, filling meals, but unsure the does many vegetarian options.

Just don't buy the cheapo ones from amazon, I got one as a gift and they are rubbish and just copied from somewhere else, no pictures!

I agree with this. You can use quorn products from frozen in the slow cooker.

I’ve got all the Bored of Lunch books & really recommend them. He puts lots of his recipes on Instagram if you want to try before you commit to buying the books.

Brill thanks. I'm definitely bored of tea (the eaten variety) so will check out the instagram and then choose. Thanks. I have also seen the poppy lady pop up too so will check her out.

Look for Justine Pattison, she wrote the recipes for Michael Mosley's books.

She has a slow cooker book, a one pot book and one called Ping which is a microwave recipe book for proper meals. Most of her work is aimed at lowering calories in meals, but the food is amazing and there is a lot of variety in each book. I really rate her.

Great thanks - sounds exactly what I am looking for. I am also using a microwave and lots of one pots so I will definitely check it out. Thanks so much.

The Slimming Foodie Air Fryer is a great book. Lots of quick, healthy recipes that have been v popular with my family!
