Cruise for solo but not single traveller

Any recommendations of which company to use?
Partner does not have as many holidays as me and I’m thinking of a solo cruise, even a short cruise.
Which company is best for this? Where I would feel comfortable going?

I advice I'm afraid but watching with interest

I'm a big fan of solo holidays but wonder what it is about a cruise that appeals to you?

I've been on P&O a couple of times (not as a singleton) but there's always a lot of single passengers. They have meet ups at around 10am on port days so groups can go off together for the day, and again at around 7pm in the bar ahead of the evening. I think there's a couple of fb groups for single cruisers.
