Royal Mail website - anyone else finding it veeerrrryyy slloooowwww?

I use it regularly to send parcels for work (self employed with a web shop) and buy all my postage online via the click and drop website. . It's always been a bit slow but the last fortnight it's been unfuckingbelievable. The website takes 10 minutes to load, and the app just won't log me in - I get a message saying "sorry we are experiencing high demand".

I emailed CS last week but predictably have had no response 🙄 and I'm really fed up now, today it's worse than ever and I've been trying to open the website on 2 different devices using 2 different browsers for nearly 30 minutes!

The postage I use (RM Tracked 48) can only be bought online too so it's not even like I can trundle down to the post office to do it instead 😒

tracking isn’t working for me for the last 48 hours. I put in the reference and hit the button but it just doesn’t respond. So annoying!
