What do you do now and how has it gone for you?

I nurse for a private company. The sick pay is far, far worse than NHS, and the management just as bad. Pension is poor too.

I completely retrained.
I worked for CQC for a while.
I work in an unrelated managerial role now.

I’m a disability assessor. I WFH, can do school runs and pick ups. I’m home every evening, weekend and bank holiday. I don’t work Christmas. It has its challenges but I haven’t looked back
