Dr appointment or see how he is in a day or 2

My ds8 had pneumonia twice in December and a virus, so 3 lots of antibiotics and steroids. He's coughing again, sore throat etc. Started mid week. not wheezing, no temp and oxygen OK. I'm debating whether I need Dr. Or see how he goes. If he hadn't had pneumonia etc I wouldn't bother but he was so sick and it was only a few weeks ago( Christmas) and he mentioned a sore chest ....

On the e basis he’s had it since Wednesday, and he’s no better, then I would take him.

Is he eating and drinking normally? Still playing/doing normal activities or just lying about?
If he's no better tomorrow then he's been ill almost a week and has a sore chest. I would probably get some medical advice tomorrow if he's not fit for school, just for reassurance more than anything.

Thanks. @ghostbusters he's OK, still doing things today, not so much other days. He could probably manage school but not football afterwards for example. Might ring Dr if still same tomorrow.
