I know absolutely nothing about this but I need to lose a bit of weight. I don't want to 'diet', I want to improve my diet as a whole and feel that I need to reduce my calorie intake as a whole.
I've looked at so many online calculators and I seem to get a different number on each one even though I'm putting in identical information
I'm 58, 5 ft 2 and 154lbs. When trying to work out my TDEE one of the calculators gave me a lower number than (what I think is) my BMR, so that can't be right!
Can anyone help someone whose never done this before out please?
