I can order McDonald’s but justeat but I miss out on point collecting and good offers but not going through their app. Problem is, the app doesn’t recognise my address. I start by typing in the post code, and it’s not recognised. I cannot manually type in my address either as it doesn’t allow me to

I'm an app designer and honestly, I doubt the problem is with the app. Unless you're in a new build and they've not updated their address database.
