What to wear at moulin Rouge , Paris.

ive booked the show at moulin Rouge ( not meal). I just wondered if anyone had been and what others wore? I’m usually a long dress with DMs lady. I’m 50 if that matters I don’t want to be a scruff!

There's a series on the BBC about the dancers with loads of audience shots for inspiration. As far as I remember it was pretty anything goes though.

I wore a nice knee length summery dress. DH in a line shirt, chinos and deck shoes.

Go early, make the effort to chat in French on the way in if you can and you've a better chance of getting a decent seat 😂

We got given a two person table with a great view rather than joining a larger table with strangers.

I wore a dress with chunky black boots as we went in February and it was cold. We had a fabulous time. It was a really fun show. I would pre-book drinks as we didn't and then it was hard to get them. The waiting staff were very busy.
