Recommendations for colouring pens or pencils please?

I’ve seen some absolutely gorgeous colouring books and would like to get either pens or pencils.

Can anyone recommend some, not sure if pens or pencils will be better - open to all suggestions!

Caramel D’Ache used to be good pencils. You could wet them and ‘paint’ with them too.
