Asda online grocery shop driving me mad!

Whyyyy does this happen when I try to add my regulars to the trolley?! I used to love that feature, as I'm always in a hurry. But it's been saying this for a few weeks now. So this time I tried to add my regulars to my trolley before selecting a time slot and it still says this! (see screenshot). Now, again, I haven't got time to put each individual item in the trolley one at a time before I have to go out. No customer service email address either.

I know that the george app was having issues yesterday, maybe it's a continuation of that?

I always shop at Asda but they're terrible - 'budget' supermarket chain but haven't got the decency to put all of their smart price products on the site

I don't think it's that, because it's been happening for a few weeks now. I've ordered from Morrisons now instead.

I've noticed all the major supermarkets limit what own and budget branded items are on online shopping. Most of what is on there is the premium products

Fair enough 😄 - lloyds are doing 15% cashback if you shop at morrisons for the time being, I'm doing a small shop there myself

Wow I didn't know this

I shop online at Asda and some of the things I get would be budget yes

I’ve work in the online supermarket world. The service will never be perfect. Even shopping in person in store seems to come with issues. I often don’t get what I went for due to stock issues. The same applies to online.
