It lasts about 10 days for me, sometimes two weeks. Thats half my life!

What helps you not feel listless / fed up / sad / angry because of hormones?

Poor you. The mirena coil was the only thing that helped me

Starflower oil

Before that I tried the usual calcium, magnesium, herbal remedies, exercise, meditation etc. My hormones are just too powerful apparently! Hope you feel better soon

I’ve got the mirena coil and it does nothing to help PMt etc.

Back in the eighties I went to the doctor ( male ) and I was told it was something I was just going to have to put up with !

No doubt if men suffered from it a cure would have been found many years ago .

It improved slightly after childbirth for me and some months were worse than others

In my case the menopause ended it for me . I would say pms spoilt my life because the way I feel now is so much better . I would have had an hysterectomy after my second child to feel the way I do now if I could go back in time .

Works for me.

It’s such a risk going in though as it even seems to make things worse for some.

I’ve gone on the contraceptive pill to avoid pms altogether as it was horrendous.

I did a nutrition Programme by Doctor Maryon Stewart. She has a book called No more PMS. It did what it said on the tin.
My PMS never came back. It took 3 months for the diet changes, exercise, relaxation and supplements to make a difference

Cerazette. Permanently at the meh part of the cycle, don't have the two day high but, more importantly, don't have the two week low. If there was a pill to keep you at the two day high level, I would get so much done with my life!
