Spa day near North London

I want to buy a spa day as a present for a friend (I will go along too!). She lives in East Finchley.
Any recommendations? Some of them are really expensive!

Champneys near Hitchin?

Hanbury Manor near Ware. It's a small spa and in a hotel so not famous for its spa so to speak, but it's very nice and the relatively inexpensive.

A “spa experience” 2-hour session at Ironmonger Row Baths is good value for money. They also offer treatments but I don’t think I’ve had one there. You can do the spa experience and then go for a nice meal after for a good day out.
