Getting a picture on your phone ITV? X

I can only get the sound on ITV X and no picture.
I can get both on I player.
Anyone know how to.put it right? 😥

ITV X on our TV is utter crap. Nine times out of ten it's a black screen with just the sound. Haven't figured out what to do except give up! Sorry that's not helpful, but at least you know it's not just you.
