Bologna and Verona hotel recomendations

Hi all

Can anyone recommend any hotels in Bologna and Verona. Will stretch to £200 a night. Preference for a smaller, boutique style hotel with an amazing breakfast.
Dream case it has a nice balcony or terrace area to eat outside. Am going in May and want to make the most of the sunshine!

Plus any other recommendations you have for these cities.

I always stay here in Verona. It's usually v good value l. It is v comfortable and in a great location

Santo Stefano bed and breakfast. Central and very good. Modern Italian style. They have some appsrtmentz too. This is in Bologna. Not stayed in Verona.

We stayed here in Verona. Gorgeous place, amazing location literally around the corner from the arena and wonderful staff. Loved it.

Rooftop terrace, amazing central location, lovely rooms (some have terraces). We love it, stay there every time we're in Bologna and it's never let us down.

I have just noticed there seems to be a cheap Santo Stefano in Bologna. We stayed at the one rated 4.5 on Trip Adviser. Not a hotel but beautifully designed bed and breakfast.
