I've put in a Claire's law request on my sons dad, he was abusive/ violent to me years ago but I never reported it, he wants to have him 50/50 all of a sudden and I'm scared to death, so I've put in a request to see if anyone after me has reported him. He did the same to his mum and sister so I know it won't just be me and them.
i put the request in on Saturday so far I received a confirmation that they recieved it email, and today an email asking for more details e.g how often he sees our son and why I've requested the information
