I wonder if anyone can help please?
we stayed at a hotel over Christmas and for some reason, even though we booked hotel parking we’ve received a fine from parking eye.
we contacted the hotel and they said they’ve requested that the fine is cancelled. I’ve gone onto the parking eye website today to check and it’s showing that the balance is zero.
common sense is telling me that means it’s been revoked but I darent ignore it without confirming as I’m scared of it escalating.
i can’t speak to anyone at parking eye to confirm, has anyone had the same? Does it mean we can forget about it now?
